When purchasing tickets at the "Child" or "Student" rate, it is necessary to have documents confirming the status and present them to the controller upon entering the cinema hall. In the absence of documents confirming the status, the cinema has the right to cancel the purchased tickets at the specified rate with an offer to pay the difference at the current rate.
A child ticket is valid for ages 5 to 14 years.
Children under 5 years old can enter for free. One child under 5 years old can enter a screening for free with one adult, without requiring a separate seat.
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Law on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan), it is prohibited for minors (under 18 years old) to be in entertainment venues during nighttime (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) without the accompaniment of legal representatives or guardians, who are only the child's parents. We are not allowed to sell child tickets for screenings that end after 10:00 PM. Please take this into account when planning your leisure activities!
